Job Description: As an appointment setter, you will play a crucial role in our team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with new homeowners, educating them about the importance of water testing and scheduling appointments for them to have their water tested by our experts.
Leads provided daily to set appointments
Key Responsibilities: Contact new homeowners through various channels (phone, email, direct visit, etc.).
Explain the benefits and importance of water testing.
Schedule appointments for water testing at the homeowner's convenience.
Maintain a calendar of appointments and follow up with potential clients.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of the client.
Keep accurate records of calls and appointments.
Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in a customer service or appointment setting role.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software.
