Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and personableAutomotive Service Writerto join our team. This role serves as the bridge between our customers and technicians — ensuring clear communication, accurate repair estimates, and outstanding service from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and listen to their concerns regarding their vehicles.
Write up repair orders and provide accurate cost estimates.
Communicate with technicians to determine repair needs and timelines.
Explain recommended repairs and maintenance to customers in an understandable, professional manner.
Coordinate scheduling, parts ordering, and vehicle delivery.
Maintain detailed records of work performed and customer interactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and help build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
Previous experience as aService Writer,Service Advisor, or in automotive customer service.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with computer systems and repair order software
Valid driver’s license
Bilingual is a plus
