Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Free Phone Enrollment Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will play a critical role in enrolling eligible customers in the California LifeLine Program, providing free phones and affordable phone services to those in need.
Responsibilities:
- Enroll eligible customers in the California LifeLine Program
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or in-person
- Educate customers on program benefits, eligibility, and requirements
- Process applications, verify eligibility, and troubleshoot issues
- Meet or exceed enrollment targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Social Security Card and Valid ID
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience
- Knowledge of California LifeLine Program guidelines and eligibility requirements (or ability to learn, will receive training)
- Fluency in multiple languages may be preferred or required, depending on the location
