About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced, self-motivated door-to-door closer who knows how to bring in revenue, build relationships, and inspire others. This role starts as a commission-only position with the goal to fast-track you to become our Sales Manager, leading your own crew (and essentially the door to door to door department) within 6 months. We are looking for someone to build our door to door department with. So please only apply if you have good door to door sales experience.
What You’ll Do:
Knock doors, generate leads, and close jobs for exterior cleaning services.
Create your own routes and track your performance.
Use our CRM (Markate + Go High Level) to log leads, quotes, and follow-ups.
Help refine our sales pitch, objection handling, and onboarding process.
Eventually train and lead your own team of door-to-door reps.
Compensation:
15%–25% commission based on monthly revenue generated.
Tiered bonus structure:
bonuses when hitting $30K+ in monthly revenue.
Long-term leadership opportunities (earn overrides on your team’s sales once promoted).
Weekly payouts.
