What You’ll Do:
Lead a Winning Sales Engine: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales organization focused on top-line growth and disciplined pipeline management.
Strategic Relationship Mastery: Originate and nurture transformative partnerships with business owners and equipment vendors; turn relationships into recurring revenue.
Market Expansion & Playbooks: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, leveraging inbound leads, targeted outbound campaigns (premium, warm, seasoned leads) and executive-level outreach.
Deal Structuring Excellence: Conceptualize and close complex, credit-diverse financing solutions with speed and precision.
Metrics-Driven Leadership: Set ambitious targets, monitor pipeline health, and continuously optimize performance metrics, reporting directly to executive leadership.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
Experience: A minimum of three years in high-performance B2B sales (equipment financing/working capital preferred) and a proven track record of exceeding targets; prior leadership or team-building experience a plus.
Sales Mastery: Deep expertise in consultative selling, solution design, and structuring multi-faceted deals.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to design and execute scalable sales frameworks and go-to-market plans.
Executive Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to convey complex financial concepts with clarity and credibility to C-suite business owners.
Tech & Tools: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; comfortable using CRM platforms; familiarity with financial calculators (T-Value, HP) is advantageous.
