Expert Energy Management llc. , is seeking experienced self-motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our team.
If you have in home, one call closing experience we will train you to sell solar.
We provide leads from our two call centers, digital marketing and canvassing crews, no cold calling.
The solar energy business sector is growing 10 times faster than the national average.
The Solar Energy Consultant will have a track record of adding value wherever they go and create a following second to none. Ideally, you are passionate about clients, presentations, selling value and you excel at closing.
* Leads provided. No cold calling required. Top producers self generate some of their leads.
* Uncapped commissions. Bonuses and Contest Cash Awards.
* Top producers with strong closing skills will earn $100k or more in their first year. We have third year reps earning well over $300,000. This is a commissioned sales position with a weekly draw against commissions.
* Self-generated leads are paid enhanced commissions.
* We are growing at a rapid pace and top performer will be offered promotions to develop new territories.
Requirements
Conduct 3 to 5 presentations a day, 5 days a week.
References that can verify successful track record of setting and achieving goals throughout your career.
Strong work ethic and can do attitude.
Valid Drivers License and presentable transportation.
A working laptop and smartphone.
Burning desire to succeed, grow and be compensated.
Ability to perform in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment.
