Position Title: Storefront Fundraiser
Location: Fresno/Central Valley
Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Compensation: $1000+ Per Week
Competitive hourly wage + performance bonuses

Job Description:
We are looking for passionate, outgoing, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Storefront Fundraisers. In this role, you will represent well-known charities in busy retail environments, engaging with customers and promoting the mission of the charity you are working with. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference by encouraging donations, educating the public, and raising awareness for causes that matter.

Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote charitable causes.
Share information about the charity’s mission, goals, and how donations make an impact.
Help raise funds through our various programs and initiates.
Assist with setting up and breaking down fundraising displays at retail locations.
Maintain an enthusiastic, positive, and motivating presence at all times.
Work closely with teammates to meet daily and weekly fundraising goals.
Build strong connections with team members and create a collaborative, fun atmosphere on the job.
Requirements:
Passion for charity work and helping others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable approaching and engaging with the public.
Previous experience in fundraising, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in various outdoor environments (weather permitting).
