Sierra Cybernetics is seeking an Angular front-end developer to work full-time for us at our Fresno County government clients site for a minimum of a six month assignment. The Angular front-end developer will help code and upgrade the Probation Departments case management system to a new modern web application.
A full background check will be required.
Responsibilities
Deliver a complete front-end application.
Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop environments.
Create tested, idiomatic, and documented TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code.
Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the Web API.
Communicating with external web services.
Ability to optimize existing code and improve performance.
Demonstrating full stack web development ability.
Self-motivated work style with the ability to work on several smaller projects concurrently.
Skills and Qualifications
Deep knowledge of Angular 6.x practices and the ability to work with Angular custom directives and custom libraries.
High level of proficiency with Angular 6.x, TypeScript, AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and HTML5.
Use current standards of responsive web design and web performance optimization techniques.
Professional, precise communication skills.
Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
Extensive knowledge of CSS and Bootstrap methods for providing superior desktop and mobile visual design.
Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, and other web services used in the system.
