Starting salary: $42,500 full time and bonus eligible

Location: 100% remote
Full time (Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm)

Responsibilities of Position
Telephone/email/web-based support for NetFile’s various software platforms
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve client issues
Coordinate with other support personnel, project management, QA, and development staff
Train new clients and/or their filers
Document support calls and e-mails into tracking software from initiation through completion
Independently follow-up on issues
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
College degree or comparable work experience history
Customer support background a plus but not required
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and explain solutions verbally and/or in writing
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Able to use virtual meeting software such as Teams and Zoom
Positive attitude and self-starter
Reporting Relationship
Reports directly to the Assistant Customer Support Manager
