Prime Labor & Staffing has current opening for a Temporary Apartment Maintenance Technician. Technicians will need to have the following skills; painting, plumbing repair, installation, some electrical, tile work and grounds maintenance. This job will last approximately 2 months , or until assignment is complete.

What is required?
* 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
* Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
* Pass criminal background check and drug screen
* Possess a valid California drivers license
