Position Overview:
The Beverage Equipment Technician plays a key role in delivering high-quality technical services for beverage equipment across an assigned region. This includes providing excellent customer and technical service to our service sites, providing digital information to our clients and our office staff and safely, efficiently, traveling to accounts daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and repair commercial beverage equipment, including commercial espresso machines, coffee and tea brewing systems, coffee grinders, water filtration systems (limited scope), and juice dispensers.
- Customer Service: Represent the company in customer interactions, maintaining professionalism and fostering loyalty through timely, high-quality work and a professional demeanor.
- Asset Management: Safeguard company property, including tools, inventory, and vehicles, ensuring their proper use and maintenance.
Work Schedule:
Technicians will follow a set weekly schedule which may include weekends, overtime and occasional overnight travel as required.
Compensation:
- Salary: After training is $28.00 to $35.00. Higher wages are possible if you perform well and thoroughly know your trade. During training is $22.00. We need someone who is self motivated to learn!
- Post-training wage increases. Once job proficiency is proved, your wage will increase.

- Company-sponsored health insurance after 90 days, optional.
- Paid sick leave.
- Paid vacation after one year of service.
Work Schedule:
- Flexible day shifts.
- Five day work week which may include 1 or 2 weekend days. Techs may rotate shifts. We are flexible.
