Creative Builders, Specialty Installation General Contractor, seeks skilled Shade Installers. Work covers the Bay Area to Central California.
Candidates should be reliable, able to follow a schedule and work with minimum supervision while cooperating and contributing to a crew with a great work attitude. Ideally, we are looking for someone with 2 years of in the field trade experience and working knowledge of construction practices. Experience in related trades will be considered. Must understand finish grade and be able to perform layout.
Compensation: Per hour with opportunity for prevailing wages.
Role Requirements:
-Ability to read and understand plans
-Close attention to detail
-Must own a computer or smartphone, as our communications utilize email and text messages
-Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
-Ability to follow company schedules and project schedules
-Must own a proper set of tools in good condition and reliable transportation
-Must keep a clean and neat appearance and be professional at all times, particularly when dealing with clients - Company shirt, vests and hard hats (when required) are provided
-Willing to undergo a background check and drug test
-Willing to travel and/or stay out of town if needed
For Position:
Any journeyman level or combination of these trade skills are desirable:
-Carpentry
-Iron Worker
-Sheet Metal Worker
-Masonry
