Description:
We are looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. This is a full-time, shop-based position servicing and repairing Class 8 trucks and trailers. Ideal candidates should be reliable, skilled in diagnostics and repair, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel trucks and trailers
Conduct DOT inspections and preventive maintenance
Keep accurate service records
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
2+ years of diesel mechanic experience
Own tools preferred
CDL a plus but not required
Strong work ethic and reliability
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (DOE) + potential overtime
Schedule: Monday–Friday, [hours] (Some weekends if needed)
