Experienced in electrical, plumbing and carpentry necessary.
Other trade experience helpful. Good daily record keeping a must.
Must have current Ca. Driver's license and insured vehicle.
Must have own tools. Good work history is necessary to get hired.
Busy year round full time, hot or cold, wet or dry.
Applicant must not be afraid of working hard, getting dirty and
doing what needs to be done no matter what. Quality work is required.
Must be open to learn new skills and tasks.
Must have good communication skills, team worker, and able to work alone.
