Full Time job opening
Currently looking for a reliable Handyman with minimum of 5 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform electrical repairs.
Perform plumbing work.
Perform touch-up painting and full paint of interior and exteriors/common areas (when necessary).
masonry, fencing, when required.
Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks, etc.)
Undertake exterior and interior light repair and installation.
Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks.
Ability to work independently.
Requirements:
-Must be honest, reliable, trustworthy, experienced and hard-working. We will not consider anyone who does not have at least 4 years of experience.
-Must have a reliable vehicle and tools
-Must have driver license with good driving record and proof of auto insurance
-Must have background check (finger print)
-Must have experience with light plumbing, light electrical, and drywall
