Nalk Air Conditioning and Heating is looking for an experienced HVAC service tech to join our crew. We’re a local company that’s been keeping Fresno and Clovis comfortable for years, and we treat our team like family.
Pay: $28 to $32 per hour depending on experience
Extras: Paid time off, holidays, company truck, uniforms, retirement plan, and spiffs for extras sold
What You’ll Be Doing:
Repairing and installing heating and cooling systems (mostly homes and small businesses)
Troubleshooting issues without jumping straight to replacements
Talking with customers, explaining problems, and offering real solutions
Using dispatch and invoicing software on your phone
Some evening and weekend work when needed
What We’re Looking For:
At least 3 years of HVAC experience
EPA certification
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Someone who can lift, crawl, sweat, and still keep a good attitude
Clean, professional appearance and strong communication skills
