Position: Installer

Experience: At least 1 year of experience.

Location: Fresno, CA must be willing to travel

Type: Full-Time requires flexible schedule

Key Responsibilities:

Site Measurement and Preparation: Accurately measure installation areas, taking into account wall conditions, electrical outlets, plumbing lines, and other structural elements to ensure proper casework placement.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand detailed shop drawings and architectural plans to comprehend casework design, layout, and installation requirements.

Assembly and Installation: Carefully assemble casework components using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper alignment and fit before securing them to the designated location.

On-Site Modifications: Make necessary adjustments and modifications to casework on-site as needed to accommodate unforeseen conditions or design changes.

Quality Control: Inspect all installations for accuracy, levelness, and finish quality, addressing any imperfections before finalizing.

Material Handling: Safely transport and manage casework components throughout the installation process.

Customer Interaction: Maintain clear communication with clients and project managers to address concerns and ensure project satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Carpentry Skills: Proficient in using carpentry tools like saws, drills, sanders, and measuring devices.

Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain precision and accuracy in measurements and installations.

Physical Fitness: Capability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions for extended periods.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve installation challenges on-site.

Reading Blueprints: Competency in interpreting technical drawings and plans.

Basic Math Skills: Understanding of fractions and measurements for accurate calculations.

Work Environment:

Primarily on construction sites in commercial buildings.

Exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions depending on the project.

May require working in tight spaces and on ladders.

Please note: This position necessitates a flexible schedule. Shift timings may vary based on the job site and project requirements. Long-distance travel, including overnight stays, may be required. Additionally, overtime may be necessary depending on the job demands.
