Chapman Construction, Inc. a local remodeling company, with 30+ years in business is looking for a full-time talented Journeyman Carpenter with a minimum of 4 years hands on experience, having a considerable knowledge of the standard practices, methods, materials, and tools of the carpenter trade.
Must be able to plan, layout, and perform framing through finish carpentry work of advanced difficulty under limited supervision.
Have a clear understanding of scheduling timelines and working with subcontractors.
Must have your own personal hand tools and dependable transportation.
Be professional, reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and have excellent communication skills.
Compensation based on skill level and experience.
