JOB SUMMARY AND REQUIREMENTS:
Our continuing growth since 1995 has provided us the opportunity to expand our team! We are looking for journeyman carpenters who want to work year-round. Second-chance candidates are encouraged to apply.
The individuals we are looking for will have strong journeyman-level experience and be capable of performing the tasks below to a high standard:
At least 2 years of journeyman carpentry/framing experience.
Expert in all aspects of framing on single and multi-family projects from the ground up. Desirable skills include cut and stack, truss roof, stair layout, etc.
Can quickly and efficiently solve complex and unexpected problems encountered during construction.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in reading and understanding plans.
Expertise in finish carpentry would be a plus.
Solid knowledge of general construction, processes, flows, and phases.
A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.
Ability to work in fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Wages: $28-30.00 per hour commensurate with experience
