Journeyman Level Shower Door Installer
Clovis Glass Company Inc has an immediate opening for an experienced shower door installer.
Skills requirements,
-Ability to accurately measure
-Being able to complete projects in a reasonable amount of time
-Finish the job on the first trip with the goal of no go backs.
Responsibilities:
- Installation of shower glass enclosures, mirrors, glass and wire shelving.
- Perform glass installation, repairs, and troubleshoot/resolve issues.
- Installs include Heavy glass (3/8" & ½”), semi-frameless and framed units.
- Interpret and follow schematics and blueprints for accurate installation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shower/shelving/mirror installation or related field is required
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of glass installation techniques and best practices.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues during installations.
- Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints accurately.

We are looking for installers who are professionals and take pride in their work. Must have a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record and insurable as a condition of employment.
Highly competitive pay (up to $30 per hour depending on qualifications) plus the company also provides fully paid health, dental and vision insurance for the employee. This is an additional value of up to $9.00/hr paid for by the company. 10 paid holidays per year. Very generous pro-rated vacation policy with 2 weeks the first year and up to 4 weeks after only 4 years of service. We also have a matching 401k program.

You must be 18 to apply and have the physical ability to climb ladders and scaffolding, work in outdoor elements and lift and carry the typical tools and materials used in glazing.
