Join our team as an On-Call Field Technician, specializing in one or more of these specific domains.
As we grow into your region, we're seeking dependable individuals to assist us in extending our coverage across California. Our focus lies in serving prominent retail brands. When projects arise in your vicinity, we'll reach out to you to check your availability. You'll have the flexibility to accept tasks that fit your schedule and complete them within one to three days.
Role and Responsibilities:
Respond to on-call requests for low voltage troubleshooting and installations.
Conduct diagnostics, identify issues, and provide effective solutions for data cabling, network setups, audiovisual systems, and security installations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Ensure all installations adhere to industry standards and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.
Qualifications:
Proven 3 years’ experience in low-voltage technology, specializing in either data cabling, CCTV, burglar alarms, or access control.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate installations and documentation.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Should pass a drug test, driving and background check.
