I'm looking for 1 or 2 persons that are qualified painter and/or carpenter.
Applicant must be able to execute all duties related to painting or carpentry
such as replacing dry rot, replacing fascia, installing windows and doors.
Doing repair work interior and exterior. Finish and rough carpentry.
Painter should know prime and paint and differences in materials. Able to roll
spray and cut in with quality workmanship.
I'm NOT looking for helpers or inexperienced laborers.

Must have own insured transportation and current drivers license.
Full time, local work, steady year around !
