Position Overview
We're looking to add a dependable, hard-working Construction Laborer to our team. This position primarily focuses on tile and stone installation around swimming pools, as well as general masonry and construction tasks. We value attitude over experience—if you’re honest, respectful, and ready to work, we’ll train you.
Duties & Responsibilities
Install tile, coping, and stone around swimming pools
Perform general masonry and concrete-related tasks
Assist with PVC plumbing and equipment installs
Backfilling and shovel work
Install safety hardware (e.g., gate springs)
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow instructions and work safely with the team
What We're Looking For

Reliable transportation and punctuality.
Experience in construction, tile, or masonry is a plus (but not required).
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
