Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Operations Supervisor / Manager to oversee our daily operations in Fresno. The ideal candidate will have experience with installations and logistics, ensuring smooth operations for our deliveries and installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Be present at the warehouse every morning for one hour, six days a week, to coordinate and dispatch the team.
Oversee operations for Costco deliveries, and eventually for Living Spaces in Visalia.
Step in to cover shifts and installations as needed, ensuring high-quality service.
Ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
Coordinate substitute coverage and manage schedules to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience with installing appliances and furniture such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, sectionals, treadmills, and TVs.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a team and ensure timely, efficient operations.
Willingness to step in for additional shifts and earn extra pay when necessary.
Compensation:
Base pay per week for managing daily operations.
Additional pay for covering shifts, equivalent to what the replaced worker would earn for that day.
