We are an established, full-service, construction clean-up company seeking to fill a Team Manager position to manage our day-to-day operations in the Fresno region. Construction industry experience a plus but not required. We will train.
The position includes, but is not limited to:
⢠Effectively supervising 15 - 20+ employees comprised of laborers, janitorial cleaning crews and drivers (Class A, B and C licensed) - leading, hiring, training and disciplining them.
⢠Professionally interacting with all customers (e.g. jobsite supervisors), various vendors, co-workers, company management and other entities involved in the business.
⢠Skillfully routing and assigning work schedules to meet management/customer expectations
⢠Properly managing company assets and equipment used (e.g. fleet vehicles, cleaning tools)
⢠Accurately submitting complete and compliant reports (e.g. for HR/Labor/OSHA compliance)
Must meet the following minimum requirements:
⢠Bilingual in English and Spanish - fluency in both written and oral communication a plus!
⢠At least 2+ years of management experience performing similar responsibilities as above
⢠Have a strong work ethic, professional conduct, attention to detail and concern for safety
⢠Be insurable - meet current auto insurance requirements to drive company vehicle
⢠High School graduate or equivalent - with ability to complete and comprehend documents
⢠Basic data entry and computer skills - including proper use of text, email, and smartphones
Managerial work schedule starts at 5:30AM Monday thru Friday, with some Saturdays if needed. Full-Time, Salaried position starting at $50,000/Year paying bi-weekly and earns one-week vacation per year, plus some incentives as determined by management.
