Description We are looking for a Controller in the Food & Processing industry based in Fullerton, California, 92832, United States. This role involves leading a team, interacting with executives, managing accounts, cash flows, and inventory. The Controller will work on site and be involved in process improvements and financial forecasting. Responsibilities: Oversee a team and manage interactions with executives. Handle managerial accounting and Work In Progress (WIP) tasks. Supervise and manage inventory, specifically egg inventory. Implement and improve processes in the organization. Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including monitoring and taking necessary actions. Handle loan processes, cash flows, money borrow, and cash forecasting. Use Accounting Software Systems, CRM, and Crystal Reports to perform accounting functions and generate reports. Ensure the use of the Sage X3 ERP system for efficient operations. Implement and manage budget processes. Utilize skills in cash flow reports, cash flow forecasts, cash flow analysis, and cash flow management. Requirements Proficiency in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Crystal Reports, Accounting Functions and other related tools Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Proven skills in Auditing and Budget Processes Familiarity with WIP - Work In Progress and Managerial Accounting Expertise in Process Implementation and Process Improvement Ability to generate and analyze Cash Flow Reports, Cash Flow Forecasts, and Cash Flow Analysis Demonstrated competence in Cash Flow Management Proven ability to work in the Food & Food Processing industry Experience as a Controller or a similar role would be advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
