Description
We at Robert Half Technology are hiring a Help Desk Analyst, to be part of a rapidly expanding company in the Food & Food Processing industry by supporting local and field users. To be successful in this Help Desk Analyst role, you should be a creative problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. Because this Help Desk Analyst role is very visible within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Gardena, California area and is a long-term temporary opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
- Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
- Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems
- Provide service on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

Requirements
TOP MUST HAVES:
- 1+ years of prior experience
- Good understanding of IT support ticketing systems
- Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
- Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
- Comprehension of basic networking concepts
- Foundational knowledge in Basic Troubleshooting
- Service Desk experience
- Service Desk Tickets experience preferred
- Network Printers experience
- Experience with hardware & software installation
- Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
