Description We are looking for a meticulous and experienced bookkeeper fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team. This role is critical in managing our financial records, supporting our operations, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.esponsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledger entries, invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Prepare financial reports and summaries for management.
Assist in preparing and filing tax documents, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure financial data accuracy and completeness.
Communicate financial information and updates with both English and Spanish-speaking clients.
Requirements
