Has worked as Business analyst to implement or develop Property tax management application
Strong knowledge and experience working in Property tax ,Insurance tracking, escrow administration , delinquency, refunds, Audit, and penalty
Understands Real estate tax processing functions for escrowed and non-escrowed loans
Has integrated Tax servicers and lender servicing systems to property tax management application
NICE TO HAVES Must have 5-8 years of experience on capturing the requirement from business stakeholders and convert that to BRD document. Knowledge on Total Tax Service and Enhanced Tax Service is must Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications. Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team.
