Main Responsibilities:

Address customer complaints and process returns and refunds
Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with POS systems and cash registers
Basic computer knowledge and good math skills
Excellent communication skills
A friendly demeanor and ability to resolve complaints effectively
