Organic farm to fork cafe in Coloma is now hiring an experienced barista and a line cook. Must be available weekends.
Knowledge of raw foods, vegan and organic food with a passion for sustainability is preferred.
This position may include making espresso drinks, working the register, assembling salads, sandwiches and smoothies.
Must be creative, efficient and make orders in a timely manner, positively work together with a team and oversee the quality of dishes served. Experience with vegan, gluten free, raw food and wood fire pizza making is preferred as well as experience or a willingness to learn front of house register and barista art. Must be available on weekends, have a valid drivers license and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
