Three Forks Bakery & Brewing Co, is an artisan bakery, craft brewery and farm-to-table restaurant featuring wood-fired pizza, soup, salad and sandwiches. Our simple menu highlights locally sourced ingredients and made from scratch food. We are looking for a competent baker to bake bread in a fun and dynamic setting. Our bakery uses the highest quality organic ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible. The bakery produces morning pastry, including muffins, scones, brioche, croissant, sticky buns and more. We make all of the bread for the restaurant and retail sale in house, much of it sourdough and some baked in our wood-fired oven, as well as our sourdough pizza dough. We also produce all of the desserts for the restaurant, including cakes, cookies, custards & puddings, pies, tarts and more.
The candidate must have a strong knowledge of kitchen etiquette, a strong work ethic, willingness to work early morning shifts, experience with production baking and experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
