Job Title: Kitchen Help & Event Staff
Location: Deloro Valley Events Center, Tuolumne
Compensation: $20/hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Food + Beverage Team and/or Event Staff.
F+B Duties:
-Assist chef with food preparation, plating, and presentation.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitation.
-Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
-Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
-Support kitchen staff with various tasks during peak hours.
Event Staff Duties:
-Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, and décor.
-Serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner.
-Engage with guests to ensure a positive experience.
-Assist with buffet service, plated meal service, and general event operations.
-Help manage event flow, including guest arrivals and transitions between activities.
Qualifications:
-Prior experience in food service, catering, or event staffing is a plus, but not required willing to train.
-Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
