Prep sauces, soups, dressings and other product for a busy Italian restaurant. Work independently before evening service, approx. 6 hours a day, Wednesday thru Sunday. Follow recipes, check inventory, clean work station, and communicate with head chef in case of product shortage or quality issue. Experience not required.
