Solid Ground Brewing is a production brewery located in Diamond Springs, just outside of Placerville. We have a small, fast paced kitchen that is managed under our Chef. Everything is scratch made with high quality ingredients with a high level of creativity. We are looking for a sushi chef to come in once a week to do "Sushi Night" to help diversify menu. Position will be extremely fast paced. Requirements are:
- Minimum 3 years experience in fast pace sushi restaurant
- Able to develop custom sushi menu to suit fast paced environment based around Solid Ground's specifications
- Work closely with our chef for food ordering
- Ability to work consistently on "Sushi Night"
