Small pizzeria in Auburn seeking experienced pizza cook, we stretch dough to order and bake pies in a gas deck oven. Looking for somebody with similar experience. This is a scratch kitchen where the cooks prep their stations everyday. We use local products and change the menu often. Our dough is 100% sourdough.
- The right candidate will have to make a pizza as part of the interview.
Must have sufficient knife skills, and MUST work well with others.
