Key Details
Position: Line Cook
Duration: May through October (must commit to entire season with flexibility to work mornings, nights and weekends)
Schedule: 5 Days/Week for entire season including weekends
This position will report to our Executive Chef

Some previous kitchen experience is a requirement, but we are willing to provide additional training for the right candidate. Additionally, we might be able to assist with housing for those who are a perfect fit for our team. Salary is dependent on experience. Our resort is ideally situated for those who wish to “get away from it all” and experience the great outdoors on your days off. Sierra City is a very remote location with Truckee, Portola or Reno being the closest cities (1-2 hrs. drive)
Qualifications:
Display a positive can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
Be well groomed and well presented
Be able to work independently but not afraid to ask for help when needed comfortably and calmly under pressure
Be a team player with great communication as you will interact with colleagues & superiors
Have previous successful and relatable experience (Knife skills, sauces, breakfast)
Report to work on time according to scheduled hours
