Sentivo Vineyards & Winery is a beautiful new winery in Fair Play in El Dorado County. Sentivo is looking to expand our team with a versatile and motivated person for our growing winery business. The right person must be focused on the customer experience and growing the business. This is a fast-paced work environment with great co-workers and loyal customers. We are looking for a server that has driven with a passion for wine and food!
Sentivo Vineyards & Winery strives to exceed our customers expectations! We provide our guests an array of private tasting experiences. Our tasting associate is responsible for providing a high level of personalized customer service and unforgettable experiences while educating guests about our wines and our winery. They actively recruits new wine club members and assists guests in the selection menu items and purchases of wines.
Working weekends is a must. Candidates who cannot commit to 95% of Saturdays and Sundays should not apply. This is a part time position that will consist of 24 hours per week.

Ability to multi task while providing exceptional, high-touch customer service
Sales experience a plus, proven ability in customer service driven environment
Winery, restaurant hospitality or related field experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of food, pairings and the Sierra Foothills AVA is a bonus
Responsibilities Include:
General support duties that are required to host Events such as table settings, clean up, buffing needed glassware and etc.
Generate sales through enthusiastic representation of wines
Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
Responsible to inventory food products amounts
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, Ovens, etc.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds, utilize a dolly cart, and assist in moving heavy objects Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
DOE. Hourly plus tips and bonuses
Candidates must be 21 years of age. Must be available to work weekends, holidays and special events as needed. Basic computer skills are necessary; previous experience with a POS system is desired.
