Small family dental practice in Grass Valley is looking for someone who can help in the front office.
Checking patients in and out, answering the phone, responding to emails and texts, making appointments, charging for treatment, sending out insurance claims, communicating with with the back office, contacting other dental practices … Providing back office support as needed.
Good customer skills a must. Experience in dental, healthcare environment preferred, as well as knowledge of Dentrix software.
