We will provide free community health worker certification training online, so you can become a lead care manager to provide enhanced care management services. Enhanced care management service is a medicaid benefit to provide in person care coordination for the population most in need of intense care coordination and health education. You are required to have high school education degree (preferred bachlor degree), valid driver license with good driving records, and some health care personal or professional experience.
