Quickly growing Therapy Center seeking new LMFT to help us continue to enrich, and support the lives of the families in the Grass Valley, Nevada City, Penn Valley and Truckee area. Sierra Therapy Center provides a wide scope of services and a large variety of therapy types to our community. Sierra Therapy Center has been providing services to Nevada County and the surrounding areas for the last 10+ years. We pride ourselves in seeing mostly MediCal (Anthem/CA Health & Wellness) insurances, along with working with clients on a sliding scale while also accepting private pay clients.
Duties include:
Meeting with the client/family and assessing the clients need for service. Ensuring that the client/family is provided therapy as needed. Creating a treatment plan. Offer easy access to or provide crisis counseling to client & create safety plan. Fully processing all documentation with in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
A Masters Degree in Behavioral Science.
