This is NOT a remote position. The Telehealth Assistant will be responsible for proctoring and guiding clients to successfully perform Virtual COVID Testing. The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable in presenting to clients in during virtual clinics as well as be able to answer any client questions with courtesy and efficiency.
At least 1 year of experience working in the healthcare industry
Ability to follow HIPAA guidelines.
Be able to successfully utilize telehealth platforms to proctor virtual testing of COVID-19 clinics over online video call
Excellent problem solving ability in a broad range of areas to address all of the potential problems that might arise; scheduling conflicts, communication problems, technical problems, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
