Talent Acquisition Specialist job activities include:
Facilitate full-cycle recruitment efforts
Create a first-class experience for all applicants
Design creative job postings and develop advertising avenues to attract great candidates
Partner with hiring managers on selecting top talent
Assist in planning, creating, implementing and facilitating orientation and on-going development
Collaborate with the HR team on special projects

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree - HR, Business, Communications, or related field required
Two years of full cycle recruitment experience
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR preferred
Healthcare recruitment experience highly desired
Microsoft Office Suite expert
Relationship builder
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

About Us: Chapa-De is a non-profit community outpatient health center with a mission to advance the health and well-being of American Indians and low income individuals by providing convenient access to high quality, compassionate care. We have multidisciplinary health care teams that provide a broad spectrum of services including adult and pediatric primary care, nutrition and health education, women's health services, dental care, orthodontia, mental health and substance abuse counseling, psychiatry, optometry, and pharmacy.
