We are seeking Cannabis Trimmers and or Harvesters for the fall season.
The ideal candidate has experience in the industry, a great attitude, and a desire to work in a fast paced environment as part of a small team.
TRIMMING Qualifications:
- TRIMMING: Dexterity with scissors to manicure flower, removing excess leaves and stems.
- QUALITY CONTROL: Knowledge of cannabis flower and a keen eye to identify potential mold or mildew, ability to comprehend the structure and presentation of cannabis flower.
- EFFICIENCY: Work quickly and efficiently to meet hourly and daily production goals.
- ORGANIZATION: Keep seperate products and byproducts organized and labeled.
- SAFETY AND HYGIENE: Follow all safety protocols and hygiene practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Adhere to all company policies and regulations related to cannabis handling and maintaining a clean and sanitary work space.
- COLLABORATION: Work closely and communicate with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and address any operational issues that arise.
HARVESTER Qualifications:
- Ability to work all day on your feet on uneven terrain in a variety of weather conditions ( hot sun, rain etc ).
- Ability to climb up and down a ladder/scaffolding.
- Ability to lift 40lbs.
Full and or Part time work available.
This is NOT a position for someone passionate about weed that wants to get stoned and have a chill job.
