We are currently seeking a Journeyman Roofer to join our team. Minimum Requirement 2 years experience. Must be experienced in roofing. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on various types of buildings. This is a hands-on position that requires experience in roofing techniques and materials. Responsibilities:
- Able to repair and install composition and metal roofing. Tile roofing repair preferred.
- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repair and replace damaged or worn-out roofing materials
- Inspect roofs for leaks, damage, or other issues
- Removal of old roofing
- Dry Rot repair
- Accurate job records skills
- Remove debris and clean work areas after completing projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow safety guidelines and use proper equipment to minimize risks
- Dedicated sober quality worker only
- Must have own transportation and hand tools
Qualifications:
- Mimimum 2 years experience
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Roofer or in a similar role at least 2 years
- Proficient in various roofing techniques and materials
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must speak English
- Must have valid Driver's License and clean driving record
