Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough performance checks and equipment inspections to identify faults
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fleet vehicles across assigned DS Services locations
Respond promptly to field service calls
Keep comprehensive unit history files for each vehicle
Perform preventative maintenance services on all client vehicles
Service, repair, and adjust various components, including engines, transmissions, differential units, generators, and hydraulic/electrical systems
Expertise in brake diagnosis and repair
Collaborate on effective information systems security as a team effort
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to work both independently and in a team, ensuring the organization of paperwork for required PMs and meeting deadlines for work orders
Minimum of one year of relevant experience
Must possess a valid CA DL driver's license
Maintain accurate stock records for mechanical repairs, identifying stock requirements on a timely basis
Basic First Aid knowledge
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience (DOE) ranging from $23 to $40 per hour
