We're looking for just one good man, over 30, not afraid of hard work to perform anything from tractor work, to grounds-keeping, to home repairs, from paint to plumbing, auto maintenance and more. Someone with a diverse work history who is more or less a MacGyver. The biggest part of this gig is learning the water trucks and water cannons we deploy in case of a fire in the foothills and being on call 24/7 in the event of a fire. An all around caretaker is what is needed, to perform a wide variety of tasks. Mature, highly responsible, dedicated individuals only.
