We are looking for a thorough Handyman/Apartment Maintenance Technician for two weeks to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises in Grass Valley!
This role is great for someone with a sense of teamwork that enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Day shift
Pay: $21 an hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Perform daily inspection and maintenance of common areas, and grounds.
-Clean, do maintenance and paint or touch up interior units upon move-out or as directed/needed.
-Provide exterior touch-up painting of railings, doors, trims, complex signs.
-Provide minor repairs to both the interior and exterior of the complex, including plumbing, electrical, door locks, appliances, carpets, drapes, sheet-rock, tile.
-Maintain an accurate inventory of all tools, equipment, and supplies assigned to the complex.
-All equipment assigned to the complex is to be kept in good working order at all times.
SKILLS
-Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
-Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
-Ability to handle physical workload
-Deadline and detail-oriented
