Starbright Acres Family Farm
Starbright Acres Farm is a micro farm located on three separate sites in the beautiful Sierra Nevada Foothills. There are 4 acres in cultivation with 30+ varieties of annual vegetables. Starbright produce is sold at farmers markets, restaurants, food hubs, local grocery stores, an on-site farm stand and through a small CSA program.
Seasonal Harvest Help August - October
Must be able to work long, hard days in the hot sun and wet cold while bending, lifting, carrying loads of more than 50#, kneeling and walking for extended periods of time. Must be able to correctly identify ripe produce ready to be harvested. Must be able to follow instructions and work efficiently with and without supervision.
Work Schedule/Term
o Flexible hours, up to 40 hours per week, prefer someone available 7am-12pm Mon-Sat
Requirements
o Current driver’s license, legal work permit
Compensation for this position is $16.50 per hour
