Small family farm seeks horse caregiver for our10 Arabian horses. No stallions nor are any horses under the age of 5. These are gentle horses that require someone to assist with their daily care from late afternoon until sunset (usually 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.) five days a week. Experience requires 2 years as an adult doing similar work for more than 6 horses. We can't respond unless you provide this verifiable experience in your resume. We also require a gentle kind manner in working with all animals, demonstrated tidiness in a work environment, and the ability to walk hilly terrain and lift hay bales and feed bags. If you are a high level show rider, or have other proof of riding ability, we may ask that you ride in our arena.
